Policy overview
This Privacy Policy explains how Crypto Radar handles data for its official website and operator dashboard. Crypto Radar is an independent service operated by a single individual operator and is available at cryptoradar.store. For any privacy question you can reach the operator at anton.oplet1@gmail.com.
What the app collects
Crypto Radar stores operator-created video titles, scripts, captions, CTA text, generated media files, approval status, scheduling status, publication history, manually entered performance metrics, and connected-account metadata needed to operate the service.
How TikTok data is used
The user.info.basic scope is used only to identify the TikTok account connected by the operator. The video.upload scope is used only to upload an operator-approved 1080x1920 MP4 as a TikTok draft/inbox item.
Storage and security
TikTok OAuth tokens are stored server-side on the Railway volume and are not exposed in public pages. API credentials are stored in server environment variables.
Sharing and providers
TikTok profile data is not sold. Crypto Radar uses TikTok APIs for authorization/upload, OpenAI for generation tasks when enabled, Railway for hosting/storage, and optional stock-media providers for licensed b-roll search. These providers process data only as needed to deliver the service.
Retention and deletion
Operators can disconnect TikTok access from the dashboard at any time, which removes the stored OAuth tokens, or revoke access directly in TikTok settings. To request deletion of stored drafts, generated media files, OAuth connection data, and operational records, email anton.oplet1@gmail.com. Deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
